Marcel@TAP Airlift for Service Manager 2012

Hello everyone. I am very proud that we have two swiss customers working actively in the SCSM 2012 TAP together with itnetx as System Integrator (SI). We will join the TAP Airlift in Redmond in the second group from June 29th to July 1st, but we will be onsite already on June 25th. I would be very happy to meet SCSM specialists and customers from around the world on site. If your interested in a side meeting to discuss things or if you just wanna have fun with the swiss delegation, just let me know Smiley

    Hi Marcel,
    I’m also with Base-IT at the SCSM TAP Meeting in Redmond – will arrive on 25th too. I’m attending the first session – maybe we can meet up for a small sidemeeting in Redmond – I’ll stay at the Silvercloud until 2nd of July
